We have whole wheat flour that was stone ground from Turkey Red wheat. Turkey Red is a hard red winter wheat so the flour is a good bread flour. It’s a heirloom wheat that originated in Ukraine.
Our Floriani Red Flint is an Italian heirloom that was developed for polenta. It can also be used for baking but is a hard corn so requires some soaking.
Our heirloom yellow corn is a finer grind and great for baking.
All of our grains are grown here using organic practices. We stone grind in small batches for freshness and maximum nutrition.
$5.00 for a 3 pound bag
The cooler is stocked with eggs from our pastured raised and organically fed hens.
$5.00 per dozen

$13.00 per 1 pint jar
Top left is Turkey Red wheat flour – a heirloom hard wheat that’s great for bread baking
Top right is heirloom yellow corn meal – ground for baking and makes wonderful cornbread
Bottom is Floriani Red Flint corn meal – Italian heirloom ground coarse for polenta
Cornbread, corn muffins, polenta and pizza dough recipes are listed under Recipes from Pam
Grains come in a 3 pound package – $5.00

We are still picking beautiful peppers and have them available in 5 pound bags for $10.00. They are super easy to freeze for your winter dining pleasure. I core and slice them, put them in a quart size freezer bag, then put 3 quart bags in a gallon freezer bag to protect my other freezer contents from pepper smell.
In addition to the sweet peppers, we also have poblano and jalapeno peppers.

Sundance is checking out his mamas breakfast (hulless oats that we grow here and a little alpaca feed).
Our bee keeper delivered our second batch of honey yesterday. This is “summer honey” from hives on our farm. While we can’t totally control where the bees fly, we purposely have lots of “bee food” planted on the entire farm. We have a 20 acre pollinator habitat at the north end, flowering shrubs and trees planted on both creeks, several smaller pollinator habitats and vegetables on the south end, and LOTS of flowering “weeds” like white clover. We believe that the large amount of forage we provide for our bees will keep them on our property and away from spray!
1 pound jar is $13.00 (Glass or plastic)
Honey bear (2 oz) is $3.00
We had a great pumpkin crop this year. Pumpkins are on wagons next to the farmstand. We also have pie pumpkins inside the stand.
Small are $2.00, medium – $5.00, large – $7.00
And, we have lots of beautiful sweet peppers, jalapeno and poblano peppers, garlic, tomatoes, beans and eggplant.
Our hens are starting to molt (grow feathers for winter) so are not laying as many eggs. We put eggs in the cooler as we collect them but they move fast.
Contact us ahead for honey as we don’t leave it in the stand for sale.
