We have been selling out of this variety for the past few years so have “doubled up” on plants this year! Our plants are grown from seed in our organic greenhouse. We use a custom mix of organic planting mix with some added organic fertilizer. 

The famous sauce tomato, deserving every bit of its stellar reputation. Clusters of red, oblong fruits ripen uniformly to allow for small batch processing of your sauces and marinara. Superb flavor, very meaty with few seeds and juice, makes this one of the best canning tomatoes we offer. Try roasting them for an even more rewarding experience!
