We have a fresh batch or flyers from our friends who raise beef and lamb. We have visited their farm many times and are pleased with their methods and their new holland tractors. Their animals live on pasture and are never fed grain. They have chosen specific breeds based on that breeds ability to grow well on pasture and produce flavorful meat.
