This morning we planted spinich, beets, carrots, radishes, sugar snap peas and lettuce in the smaller tunnel And Bill rototilled the bigger tunnel for planting later this week.

Starting Seeds Today
I planted lots of little pepper, eggplant and early tomato seeds today. We also have some cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi and lettuce growing from last week’s planting. Baby purple cabbage pushing out of the Cowsmo compost.

Fresh Beets
