We are Super excited to have Elizabeth from Matteli’s Handcrafted joining us with some of her organic/local ingredient sourdough products! She uses organic stoneground flour from Janie’s Mill in central Illinois to make the absolute best sourdough bread we’ve ever had. She also uses as many locally grown and organic “add-ins” as she can find – eg… our garlic for her garlic/parmesan loaf.

Mini botanical pumpkins
We call these Small Farm alpaca socks. They are the result of alpaca farms from across the US combining their fiber for this sock project.
