This year – in addition to the regular chickens that we have raised in past years- we also have a heritage chicken available. They have a superior flavor and are great for slow roasting, stewing, bone broth. You can also roast or stew them and use the meat for other recipes – chicken salad, pot pie, casserole, ect…  AND use the bones for bone broth.

Both types are $4.00 per pound and sold as a whole chicken
